Norway is under a cyber attack, A cyber attack on a shipping services company in Norway affected about 70 companies and 1,000 commercial vessels, according to Bloomberg.

Bloomberg quoted Oslo-based DNV, one of the world’s largest ship classification companies, as saying that it was subjected to a “ransomware” cyberattack.

The company added, in a statement on its website, that the attack did not affect the ships’ ability to operate, but it did not explain the extent of the damage it suffered.
