Hedera’s Smart Contracts Have Been Hacked and Exploited.
There has been a recent Smart Contract Compiler exploit which has been hacked on Hedera which has seen all DEXs been targeted on the mainnet. This video covers what we know so far.
Attackers were able to exploit the Hedera smart contract service code to transfer Hedera Token Service tokens from victims accounts. The attacks targeted decentralized exchanges (DEXs) on the Hedera mainnet.
Smart contracts in general are prone to exploitation and hacking if not properly audited and maintained.
