Westpac now fighting cyber crime from Parramatta.

Westpac is increasing its commitment to fighting fraud and guarding against cyber crime. Its financial crimes squad is moving to Parramatta, with thousands of other Westpac workers to follow. Westpac’s teams work hard to protect customers from scams and fraud, as well as mitigating other financial crime risks by monitoring for suspicious activity, providing important customer support and education, and working closely with industry peers, regulators and law enforcement to identify and report criminal activity.

The Parramatta headquarters will include business lending and customer support teams, along with their financial crime team.
